2020

 

    The big news of 1990 was after 4 years from filing a lawsuit, Northface owners were informed they will get their day in court.  This was a case against the developers for numerous violations of electrical and building codes including unstable driveways, cracked chimneys, and failing foundations

In local area news, the Mt Cranmore Ski Mobile Lift was retired.  This lift had been in service for over 50 years going back to the 1930s with the establishment of Mt Cranmore.  The lift was made possible by local visionaries such as Harvey Gibson and Carroll Reed.

Dorothy Lowry was an original unit owner and the first association President.  Dorothy and her husband (Bob) sold their unit when they decided to move from Massachusetts to Bartlett.

Dorothy started "At Your Service" which was a weekly check of a condo unit for $10 per week and also did cleanings.  Dorothy offered to restock with standard rental supplies for the cost of $6.50 per visit!
