History of the Owners List:
Nov 1988: Beginning in 1988; Owners lists were distributed at the annual association meetings
1990s: This practice stopped in the late 1990s and lists were periodically emailed
Dec 2008: E-Mailed lists became sparse, the owners page was then posted to the web in December 2008; following consensus to do so at the [quorum] Nov 2008 Annual Meeting. The desire to post on the web resulted from the inability of owners to obtain a current owners list (which was always promised but never available at Annual Meetings)
Mar 2017: At the 25 March 2017 Owners meeting (one of the new State required quarterly meetings [Ref NH HB-353] in which a quorum is not required), it was noted "It was the overall opinion of all those present that this information should not be included on a website. Owners do not want their mailing addresses, telephone numbers, or email addresses available in that manner". The issue of how a unit owner could obtain a list of their fellow owners was not discussed.
Nov 2017: The issue of a current owners list was raised by multiple unit owners at the Nov 2017 [Quorum] Annual meeting. The Board agreed to provide unit owners with a copy on the owners list.
Dec 2018: Thirteen months after the Nov 2017 meeting, the owners list was distributed (Ref 18 Dec 2018 letter)
Jan 2019: Owners list reload to web
